Education for Critical Thinking (ECT) envisions a world where women are safe and free from gender-based violence and oppression. We imagine a world where women have equal economic status with men and their voices are heard and valued.

We also visualize a world of equality and diversity, where people regardless of gender, color, sexual orientation, disability, religion, race, age or social status are protected against violence, discrimination and intolerance. We support movements, civil societies, governments, the private sector and labor, faith-based organizations, educators and community groups seeking to make fundamental changes to promote equity. The culture won't change until men change.....
Increasing women in policing....
We believe that the global recruitment of women in law enforcement will make a fundamental difference in defusing violent confrontations before events become deadly. Female officers are less inclined to use deadly force and have a less authoritarian approach in police work. Law enforcement won't change unless leaders change......
